Andy has recently started as the new full time youth worker for Soulroots. He has spent the last 3 years studying Youth Ministry & Theology and working for a church in West London as their student youth worker.
"This is my first full time role as a youth worker, and I'm hugely excited to be here! I've been involved in youth ministry for 8 years in various forms and cities, so it feels like I've been training forever! Having spent so much of the last 3 years studying and writing essays, It's wonderful to finally be able to put my all into what God wants to do with these young people."
Outside the youth office Andy is a keen musician, a very average footballer, a huge Man City fan and an expert on American Football.

Eleanor, though she prefers El, has also just started working with Soulroots. For the last 6 months she has been in Australia doing a lot of youth work with churches there. She fell in love with ministry, and on her return to England she made the decision to pursue studies in Youth Ministry & Theology.
As an Inspyre student, she is primarily supported by Dore Methodist and Totley Rise Methodist. Her placement alongside Andy at Soulroots will see her spend the next 3 years working with young people across S17 as she trains to be a professional youth worker.
